Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the attached withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any refund fees.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

 

 

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned in their original condition. We may deduct an amount from the refund if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to check their condition and functionality.
